The Role
We’re looking for a Streetworks Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of a major Gas Mains Replacement Programme and other high-profile infrastructure projects across North London. The role is based on the client site in Slough three days per week, working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of Streetworks activities, providing excellent service and helping to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit permit applications and statutory notices through Street Manager or equivalent systems.
- Monitor and manage permit statuses, including variations, extensions, and closures, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Ensure full compliance with NRSWA, TMA, and HAUC regulations and guidance.
- Liaise with local authorities and internal teams to resolve permit challenges and manage FPNs, S74 charges, and other regulatory issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Streetworks data, including reinstatement records.
- Proactively manage in-day jeopardy to support efficient and compliant delivery.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in Streetworks, utilities, or permitting administration roles, with solid knowledge of industry processes is desirable.
- Working knowledge of NRSWA, TMA, and the Street Manager system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
